National Wool Museum - This wool mill is set in the picturesque village of Dre-fach Felindre and was once a thriving producer of a variety of items from shirts to blankets to socks. After major re-development in 2004 there is something for everyone to enjoy from having a go at carding, spinning and sewing to viewing the new gallery displays to relaxing in the coffee shop/ picnic area. Carew Castle & Tidal Mill is the only restored tidal mill in Wales and one of the only five in Britain. The castle is one of the few to display the development from Norman fortification to Elizabethan country house.
