Annual pitch fees
Pitch fees vary from park to park and, at Meadow House, also vary depending on the holiday home pitch location. Fees start at just £2,099 per year, which includes ground rent, VAT, rates, water rates, infrastructure maintenance charge and an annual gas test. A discretionary £150 discount may also be offered for early settlement.

Pitch fees are payable in two instalments – prior to 28th November and the balance by 7th March the following year.

Can I expect any additional costs?
Just electricity, gas and insurance charges plus a bi-annual electric test.
