Perhaps we can answer a few questions often raised by people thinking of holidaying with us:
Is the cost of heating and electric included?
Yes, the
price of rental is inclusive of all service charges.
Is bedding included?
Yes, bedding is included in all
grades of accommodation; all you need to bring are towels and tea towels.
Can I park near the accommodation?
Yes, parking is
permitted either next to or opposite the accommodation.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are only allowed in certain caravans
due to allergies – additional charges are made for pets, please check
when booking.
Is smoking permitted in the accommodation?
For the comfort
and enjoyment of our guests, only certain homes permit smoking; please
check when booking.
What time can I arrive?
Arrival time for holiday homes is
3pm – Platinum grade is 2pm.
What time do I need to depart?
Holiday homes need to be
vacated by 10am – Platinum grade is 11am.
Do I need to pay a key deposit?
A key deposit of £40.00
will be taken on arrival; this is refunded on departure provided the
accommodation has been left clean and undamaged.
